- The author call for Women No Longer Waiting: Walking Out Their Greatness is for women who have dealt with insurmountable odds in walking out their purpose yet continue to walk out their greatness and see manifestations occurring on a regular basis. It is for those willing to share their journey—both the highs and lows—and be totally transparent while doing so.

There are many benefits to being a part of this anthology. For those who aspire to become an author yet lack enough info to put together a full book, inclusion in this publication helps them achieve their dream of becoming a published author. For those who are already published authors, being a part of this anthology helps add to their portfolio.
In addition, opportunities for great exposure via the promotions and marketing done in partnership with REGS Books Publishing will help each contributor garner worldwide exposure. There are many other perks as well.
The reader will be encouraged by the contents of the anthology, especially those who are pursuing their purpose, as they will read stories from those who have possibly been in the same predicament yet who persevered. The reader will come to realize that in spite of all the obstacles they face, if what they’re doing is truly their passion, it is attainable. -
Many women who are considering being a part of the anthology may question whether their story matters enough to share it with others in a book. They may also question how they will be perceived by friends, family, and loved ones by being brutally honest and totally transparent in sharing their truth.
My response would be: Your story may be the catalyst that provides hope to the struggling student, entrepreneur, or author that inspires them to keep going. Your story is important. Your story may be the hope someone is waiting for.
As to what others may say or think, don’t be concerned about that. If this is what you believe you’re purposed to do, then become a contributor; the understanding of those near and dear to you may likely come later.
One other concern a new writer may have is understanding the writing process. Don’t worry about this, as once all of the contributors are in place, we will have weekly meetings until the project is completed, answering any questions you may have and helping you all the way. - The first anthology I compiled was Women Waiting to Exhale: You Have Permission to Exhale. This was a great learning experience for me in doing anthologies. I made many mistakes in the process but learned from each and every one of them.

***AUTHORS CALL***
Calling anyone who wants to share a story about their journey from dream to reality. Our goal is to provide encouragement for those aspiring to walk out their purpose by being transparent as they share their struggles. In the process we’ll provide hope—knowing that every season is necessary—and the courage to continue moving forward in spite of what things may look like. We invite those willing to be a participant in this anthology.
The maximum word limit for each contributor is 2000. Write as freely as you can, knowing your work will be professionally edited and formatted.
A PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP WILL BE CREATED FOR PARTICIPANTS CONSISTING OF ONE-HOUR BI-WEEKLY DISCUSSIONS ABOUT VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THIS PROJECT. THESE WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED AND ALL ASPECTS OF THE CONTRACT ARE FULFILLED.
Each contributor agrees to aggressively promote the anthology via their networks of influence: social media sites, podcasts, email lists, word of mouth, etc. The success of this project does not lie solely with the publisher, as each has a part to play.
This anthology will be available on many online bookstores and printed in at least seven (7) countries.
DEADLINES
– Authors will submit their entries by 11/1/2020 via email to reginamixoninspires@gmail.com.
– First draft of the manuscript will be ready by 11/30/2020.
– Authors will have until 12/15/2020 to approve the suggestions made by the editor.
– Promotion of the book will begin around 10/1/2020 contingent upon having all 12 authors in place but no later than 11/15/2020.
– Book will be self-published under Regina Mixon Enterprises LLC dba REGS Books Publishing.
– Book launch for pre-orders will be on 11/15/2020. We will leverage the traffic around Thanksgiving to share our messages of hope, encouragement, and inspiration to our potential readers.
PROMOTIONS LAUNCH DAY: 11/15/2020
An event page will be created on Facebook.
We will share quotes from the book throughout the day.
We will also share authors’ interviews or intro videos.
Each author will post on the event page and share what they want people to get from the book.
FINANCIAL INVESTMENT(S)
There is an investment for each contributor of $797 if paid in full, or $997 with $297 down and 5 payments of $140 beginning August 20, 2020. This investment is to cover the costs of the project. Please make payment to CashApp: $ReginaMixon. In the memo, add “Anthology Inclusion: WNLWWOTG.” Your investment helps cover the costs, including but not limited to editing and formatting the book, book cover design, book creation, creation of anthology landing page, as well as graphics designs, press releases, book trailer, magazine inclusions, book release party, and other promotional materials.
Payments may also be made by sending checks or money orders payable to Regina Mixon Enterprises, LLC, P O Box 5397, Torrance, CA 90510, to be received by the deadline shown above. Subsequent monthly payments are to be submitted on or before the 20th of each month with the final installment to be paid by 01/20/2021.
Authors can purchase the book at a price not to exceed $7.50 per book, sell them at full price, and keep the profit. ALL SALES GENERATED BY THE COMPILER ARE DEEMED TO BELONG TO REGS BOOKS PUBLISHING. Each contributor is strongly encouraged to do preorders and set up their own payment info links to generate more income for yourself. Each contributor is also free to set up a sales page on your website, landing page, blog, etc. and sell your books there.
The wholesale price for the book is $19.99, while the suggested retail price is $26.99.
Authors can create affiliate links with Amazon to earn a percentage of the sales made on Amazon (they will use their affiliate link to promote the book). Initial sales from Amazon will go to Regina Mixon Enterprises, LLC dba REGS Books Publishing Company.
Authors’ investments include 10 complimentary copies of the anthology.

Please submit your contribution, your bio (200 words or less), and a headshot to reginamixoninspires@gmail.com once your deposit or full payment is made but no later than 08/20/2020.
You will retain all rights to your contribution, and you can use the promotional materials that you create for yourself as well as those created by REGS Books Publishing. A Book Publishing Contract will be required, covering in detail the terms of the agreement between REGS Books Publishing and each contributor.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
