One of the main problems of people doing calisthenics is that they train a lot without seeing any progress. It’s frustrating and annoying to put so many hours into the fulfillment of our practice and yet, see no return definition in our body. It’s tough to look to the side and see big defined muscles in people training with weights, and knowing that although our bodies can do amazing things, they’re not showing it. I want to change that for you.
