We provide emotional and practical support for pregnant women, individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness due to crisis, violence, displacement, natural disaster or trauma. We offer the whole family support 24/7 as long as they need it.
Social Good Atlas was established in 2015 and brought together Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Maternal Health Nurses and community organizations to understand the behavioral health needs of the homeless families we serve. Our team is trained in evidence based therapies to provide short term crisis stabilization support.
We support the vision of our community partners to end hunger, homelessness and save lives.!We are proud that every year more partners, clinicians and volunteers join us in the fight to end the cycle of crisis.
Increase the number of families receiving mental health wellness screening by expanding capacity in existing and new projects sites.
